Community Interests

Dani was elected to Stratford-upon-Avon Town Council in 2023 and had the honour of serving as the town’s 480th Mayor from 2025 to 2026. She is passionate about building an inclusive community where everyone feels welcome and supported.

Away from the Council, Dani works as Development Officer at King Edward VI School and is a co-director of Stratford Family Club, supporting local families through inclusive events and activities. She is also a trustee of KESPA CIO and the Welcombe Hills School Fund CIO. Much of her work focuses on improving accessibility, supporting children and young people and strengthening community connections. During her mayoral year, she helped introduce symbol-supported communication across the Town Council where our council has become the first to be a Widgit-accredited Symbol Friendly Organisation.

As a councillor, Dani believes in listening to residents, working collaboratively and helping make Stratford-upon-Avon the best place it can be for people of all ages.
