This scheme will help to enhance the appearance of our high streets and town centres. Funding is available for projects such as:

• Shop front improvements and refurbishment
• Repairs to building facades
• New or improved signage
• Works that restore original or historic features
• Improvements to vacant units to help bring them back into use

Eligible businesses and landlords can apply for a grant of 20% of approved capital works up to £5,000. The scheme is open to independent customer-facing businesses and landlords with properties located within Stratford-on-Avon District.

Key dates:

• Applications open: 7 September 2026
• Applications close: 5 October 2026
• Grant offers expected: 30 October 2026
• Projects must be completed and claimed by: 31 March 2027
